| | if something disturbs you, it is better to get rid of it. something disturbing means it makes you unhappy, depression, confusion, uneasiness, sleep-lost, haunting, etc. this is no good. i just experienced this briefly recently when reading an article. it was so distructive and i needed to try hard to forget about it. when this happens, it means it is not suitable for you, not necessarily not comfortable to everyone. may peace be with you and be with everyone of us at all the times. as it is said, one is blessed if s/he is able to eat and sleep everyday, which is really the very basics to get one started or moving forward. no matter how temptive, to skip some disturbing reading is no loss at all. thanks and have a nice day. bless you. |
